Active Yoga is a strong intense class with Yoga, & Pilates to work the entire mind and body in unison to build flexibility, strength and mental focus. Focusing on whole body, fluid movements to work every muscle groups strength and range of motion.
If you are looking to focus your mind, de-stress as well as strengthen those muscular limits then this is the class for you, and this is why Abi loves active yoga. Challenging and calming are a combination not often found in our busy lives but Abi will make sure you have the care and attention you need to maximise this class and leave feeling worked yet revitalised!
